The main practice areas of Mr Jia are commercial dispute resolution, non-performing assets disposal and company law.

Mr Jia has experience with domestic and foreign-related disputes resolution, and he has dealt with numerous complicated and difficult civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases heard in the Supreme People's Court, all the superior people's courts and the major domestic arbitration institutions. Mr Jia focuses on company shares, private equity, financial derivative instruments, construction and real estate. In addition Mr Jia advises clients on the disposition of non-performing assets.

Work Experience

Mr Jia is a founding partner of Yuanhe Partners. He graduated from China University of Political Science and Law, where he attained his LL. B. Mr Jia is a member of Jiusan Society Central Popularization of Science Committee, the Jiusan Society Beijing Law Committee and acts as a commentator in Livelihood Weekly hosted by People's Daily.
