The main practice areas of Ms Wang are overseas real estate investment and financing, and company law.

Ms Wang has a wealth of experience in investment, development, project funding and refinancing of residential and commercial real estate in the United States, business entity investment as well as Chinese domestic M&A. Ms Wang has worked as chief legal counsel of several reputable Chinese enterprises, as well as private consultant for many affluent individual investors. Ms Wang has been closely and deeply involved in countless US development projects through transaction structuring, development design, and financing related matters. In addition she provides advice for domestic enterprises to establish branches outside, open accounts, declare tax registration documents and deal with related to staffing work visa and green card input. During her years of practice, Ms Wang has been maintaining close cooperative relationships with major financial institutions as well as Chinese business organizations.

Work Experience

Ms Wang is one of the founding partner of Yuanhe & Twelve Tables. She graduated from Peking University, where she has attained LL.B and B.A. Further more she has graduated from New York University, where she has attained a LL.M degree. Ms Wang is registered with New York State bar, district of Columbia and court admission of United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Finally Ms Wang is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), Real Estate Chamber and New York City Bar Association.
