Mr Albrecht has affluent experience in trademark registration, copyright protection (especially in copyrights regarding software) around the world. Mr Albrecht has provided proposals for clients concerning areas including German company law, contract law, tax law, labour law, insolvency law and more.

Work Experience

Prior to serving as a senior counselor at Yuanhe Partners, he worked in Japanese institution Sonderhoff & Einsel Law and Patent Office, Germany institutions DA-Legal, Dortmund and Frankfurt am Main and Zhong Lun Law Firm. Mr Albrecht graduated from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, where he attained his LL.M.
